Is there a setup fee?
No setup charge for homes with 6 or fewer residents (Starter tier). For multi-home operators or larger-capacity configurations (Practice and Enterprise tiers), contact us during your free audit and we will tailor a setup plan to your specific resident count and home count.
Can I cancel any month?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no annual lock-in.
Do you charge per resident?
No per-resident fees on any plan. Tiers are by home count + capacity band.
What if my home grows past the tier?
We'll proactively reach out before your usage exceeds the tier band so you can upgrade with no service interruption.
Is HIPAA included on every plan?
Yes. HIPAA Security Rule controls and BAAs with all subprocessors are included on every plan, including Starter.
